Session Room Assistants

Manage room access, seating, materials distribution, and technical support for sessions.

Social Media & Digital

PVG Disclosure — Required for All Volunteers

All volunteers must be members of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. DataKirk covers all PVG application costs for selected volunteers. Existing PVG scheme members can submit their current disclosure. Conditional offers are made subject to successful PVG clearance. Our dedicated Safeguarding Lead will guide you through the process.

We review applications and shortlist candidates based on skills, availability, and diversity balance.

PVG Check

Conditional offer made. DataKirk initiates your PVG disclosure with Disclosure Scotland — free of charge.

Training

Attend two online briefing sessions and an optional venue walkthrough — fully supported every step.

Volunteer!

Deliver an exceptional event. Receive your Certificate of Recognition within two weeks of completion.
