🔐 PVG Disclosure Consent

All volunteers must be members of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. DataKirk covers the cost. By submitting this form, you consent to DataKirk initiating or verifying your PVG scheme membership. Your offer is conditional on successful PVG clearance.
